Question 1

What areas do you cover for removals?

Accepted Answer

We are local specialists for Chiswick, Hammersmith, and Chelsea. However, our professional moving services extend across West London, including Fulham, Kensington, Richmond, Putney, and Notting Hill. We also facilitate long-distance relocations starting from or ending in these areas.

Question 2

What size are your removal vans?

Accepted Answer

We operate specialized 5.10m Luton vans equipped with professional tail lifts. These vehicles offer significantly more vertical and horizontal space than standard transit vans, making them the ideal choice for full house removals and large office furniture.

Question 3

How do I get an accurate moving quote?

Accepted Answer

You can receive a free, no-obligation quote by contacting us with your collection and delivery postcodes, a brief inventory of your items, and any details regarding floor levels or lift access. We provide transparent pricing tailored to the specific needs of your move.

Question 4

Can you move fragile antiques and fine art?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are specialist antique movers serving the Chelsea and Kensington areas. We use premium packing materials, including export-grade wrapping and heavy-duty blankets, to ensure heirlooms and fine furniture are protected from collection to delivery.

Question 5

Do you offer furniture dismantling and reassembly?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We provide a full service for bulky items such as wardrobes, bed frames, and dining tables. Our team arrives with the necessary tools to safely disassemble your furniture in Chiswick and reassemble it perfectly at your new destination in Hammersmith or beyond.

Question 6

Are my items insured during the move?

Accepted Answer

The safety of your belongings is our top priority. For your peace of mind, we carry comprehensive insurance coverage for goods in transit, specifically designed to protect furniture and high-value items during the relocation process.

Question 7

Do you handle rubbish clearance or waste disposal?

Accepted Answer

No. To maintain our Fleet Hygiene & Service Standards, our vehicles are used exclusively for professional removals and fine furniture transport. We do not provide rubbish dumping, garden waste removal, or garbage disposal services. This ensures our vans remain in pristine, sanitary condition for your household goods.

Question 8

Are your vehicles ULEZ compliant for Central London moves?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our entire fleet is Euro 6 compliant, meaning we can move your home or office into the Ultra Low Emission Zone and Central London without passing on additional environmental charges or daily fees.

Question 9

How do you handle parking and narrow street access?

Accepted Answer

Having years of experience as a man and van in Chiswick and Hammersmith, we are experts at navigating West London’s narrow residential streets. We recommend that clients arrange parking suspensions or permits with the local council (e.g., LBHF or RBKC) in advance to ensure the smoothest possible moving day.

Question 10

Do you move single items?

Accepted Answer

Our service is focused on professional house removals, office relocations, and specialized furniture transport. Because we utilize large 5.10m Luton vans, we generally do not undertake single-item collections, preferring to provide comprehensive solutions for larger moves.

Question 11

How far in advance should I book my move?

Accepted Answer

To ensure availability—especially for weekend moves in Chelsea and Chiswick—we recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance. However, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if our schedule allows.

Question 12

What are your working hours?

Accepted Answer

We offer flexible moving schedules to suit your needs, including weekends and early morning starts from 07:30 to 23:00 daily, ensuring your relocation is as convenient as possible.

We do not handle rubbish, site clearances or any waste disposal services!
